Minutes of the May 15, 2008 Special Meeting

The meeting convened at 5:00PM in the Adams Leadership Center with President Steve Percival presiding. Roll was called and board members John Delap, Howard Hamilton, Steve Percival, Susan Heil, Tim Hudson and Becky Purcell were present. Board member Tim Kring was present by phone during the executive session.

The Board adjourned to executive session at 5:02PM to discuss superintendent employment. The Board reconvened in open session at 5:25PM. The meeting was adjourned at 5:26 PM.
