Minutes of the July 18, 2006 Special
Meeting
The meeting convened at 12:23PM in the Adams Leadership Center Executive Conference Room with President Steve Percival presiding. Board members Howard Hamilton, Steve Percival, Susan Heil, Christine Bell and Tim Hudson were present.
Board President Steve Percival reported that the Board needs to approve the proposed 2007-08 budget for the September 2006 ballot. Dr. Lisa Morstad, chief financial officer, noted that the millage voted on in September 2006 will fund FY 2008.
Howard Hamilton made the motion to approve the proposed budget of expenditures for FY2008. Tim Kring seconded the motion, which was approved by a 5-0 vote.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:23PM.
