Minutes of the April 5, 2006 Special Meeting

The meeting was convened at 12:00PM in the Adams Leadership Center with President Steve Percival presiding. All board members were present.

Cost Sharing Agreement

The Board voted 7-0 to approve a contract with Reserve, LLC to pay $314,224.44 for construction of Rupple Road. Fred Turrentine, director of maintenance, noted that Reserve, LLC is paying the same amount and the City of Fayetteville is paying $324,512 for the installation of a boulevard. The contract has been reviewed and approved by the attorney for Reserve, LLC and by Rudy Moore, Jr., attorney for the school district. The money has already been budgeted and no additional money is being requested. Howard Hamilton made the motion, which was seconded by Laura Underwood.
