District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

The District reserves the right to waive any or all bid formalities.

The District reserves the right to purchase additional equipment from the
successful bidder at bid prices (or market prices, whichever is lower)
for a period of one year.

District reserves the right to negotiate any alterations to bid specifications
due to oversight or error.

Failure to reply completely to bid may result in disqualification of bid.

District reserves the right to require a Bid Bond or Performance Bond.

District reserves the right to inspect sample of equipment proposed prior
to awarding the bid.

District reserves the right to delete one or more of the parts of the bid
at the time of awarding the bid.

Purchase will be put into effect by means of purchase orders executed by
the District. (Or as agreed by District and Vendor)

The bid will be awarded to that responsible bidder whose bid, conforming
to the invitation for bids, will be most advantageous to the District,
price and other factors considered. In evaluating qualified bids, the following
considerations will be taken into account for award recommendation:

Price

Overall quality, and value to the District
-
Suitability for the intended use
-
Cooperation with District
-
Previous experience wiht similar installations
-
Vendor's service and delivery capabilities/ history

Warranty and warranty service history

The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids which comply
with these specifications, or to accept a higher bid which complies, provided
that, in the judgment of the District, the item offered under the higher
bid has additional value or function which justifies the difference in
price.
