Netscape Composer is a very simple, easy to use editor for creating basic web pages. If you do not have Netscape, you can download version 4.7 here: DOWNLOAD NETSCAPE.
Once you have Netscape, you can click on the link below to get started with the tutorial. If you are totally new to the web page creation process, I would recommend that you go through the tutorial and play around with Composer. When you are ready to actually create your website, you may find this Basic Planning Document helpful in getting started.
