Michael Osborne

Client Services Field Technician

 

We are proud to introduce the newest member of our Campus Support Services Team, Michael Osborne!

 

Michael was raised and educated in Toronto, Canada, where he attended George Brown College of Applied Arts and Technology in Graphic Design. Michael expanded on his education by attending iTEC, Information Technology Education Centers, formerly Staffmark Technology Training Centers, for certification classes in A+, Network+, and Microsoft's MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) Win2K track.

 

With over 10 years of experience in the corporate environment in computer systems, starting as a PC technician, Michael worked his way through to a systems administrator.

 

He is married with 2 daughters; one is a freshman at Drury University, Missouri, and the other is a senior at Bentonville High, planning to attend OCAD (Ontario College of Art and Design) in Toronto Canada this fall.

 

In his spare time, Michael is active in the General Aviation community. As an active member of the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association), Michael flies for pleasure and holds a single engine and multi-engine airplane ratings. Michael travels to Tulsa, OK on a weekly basis as a full volunteer member of the Spirit of Tulsa CAF Squadron (Commemorative Air Force) that restores, flies, and preserves historic and WWII aircraft. He is also an active volunteer on an as requested basis to help prospective student pilots achieve their dreams to fly through the AOPA (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association) Project Pilot initiative.
