The Technology Department maintains an online purchasing site that hosts a catalog of currently supported technology items approved for use in the district.
Authorized budget managers in our schools use the online site to initiate technology purchase requests. Once approved, the purchase orders are placed, and the online site generates automatic emails to track the status of the orders until it reaches its final destination.
For those purchases requiring infrastructure upgrades, installation services or coordination with other departments, project sponsors must initiate the Project Management Process.
