Students in the Power, Structural, and Technical Systems pathway apply knowledge of engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, power, structures, and controls to the field of agriculture.

Students in the Animal Systems pathway study genetics, nutrition, reproduction, growth, and development of domesticated farm animals.

Students in the Plant Systems pathway study plants in their growth. This helps producers of food, feed, and fiber crops continue to feed a growing population while conserving natural resources and maintaining the environment.

Agribusiness is the coordination of activities that contribute to the production, processing, marketing, distribution, financing, and development of agriculture commodities and resources.
The Agribusiness Systems pathway includes the following:

Our Goal
The goal of Career Education in Fayetteville is to empower students for effective participation in an international economy as world-class workers and citizens. Currently 66 percent of the student population in grades 7 through 12 is enrolled in a career education program of study.
The goal of Career Education is to empower students for effective participation in an global economy as world-class workers and citizens.
A student who completes a pathway by earning 3 full credits as prescribed earns the distinction of Career Education Scholar and is awarded a graduation cord, a certificate with the state of Arkansas gold seal, and is honored at a special recognition ceremony.
