Individuals that work in the communications industry are involved in the presentation of sound, video, and media forms in such venues as corporate boardrooms, hotels, convention centers, classrooms, theme parks, stadiums, and museums and in newspapers, film, and TV.

Our Goal

The goal of Career Education in Fayetteville is to empower students for effective participation in an international economy as world-class workers and citizens. Currently 66 percent of the student population in grades 7 through 12 is enrolled in a career education program of study.

A student who completes a pathway by earning 3 full credits as prescribed earns the distinction of Career Education Scholar and is awarded a graduation cord, a certificate with the state of Arkansas gold seal, and is honored at a special recognition ceremony.
