FHS Construction Update - 1.26.12
Work is progressing daily on the FHS Project. The southeast quad finishes have begun. The southeast roofing is nearing completion. The southeast exterior wall-framing is nearing completion. The installation of exterior metal wall-panels has begun. The mechanical and electrical rough-in continues to progress. The southwest steel roof structure is complete. The southwest concourse floor-structure is nearing completion. The southwest roof membrane has begun. The southwest wall framing is well underway. The mechanical and electrical rough-in continues.
The tennis court project is also progressing at a good rate. The post-tensioned concrete slab is complete. The fencing around the courts is well underway. The drainage structures and detention basin is complete. The court surfacing is pending, and contingent on the weather.
