The Bulldogs Are On the Air!
FHS Bulldog home football games are being televised live this season on fayar.tv on channel 217 of Cox Cable (click here for the fayar.tv schedule). Home games are broadcast with video, while away games just feature the audio commentary, plus a live scoreboard. The situation is a result of a lack of interest by local radio stations to carry the Bulldog games.
"We're very grateful to Cox Cable and to the City of Fayetteville for providing the Education Channel to make this possible," said Dick Johnson, assistant superintendent and district athletic director. "We took a bad situation and turned it into a great situation for our fans, our students, and our advertisers." FHS students help broadcast the game.
