Education Foundation
The Fayetteville Public Education Foundation is a private nonprofit foundation dedicated to enhancing the quality of public education in Fayetteville. Since its creation in 1992, FPEF has distributed more than $3.0 million in grants for projects in the Fayetteville Public Schools, and has created a permanent endowment of $2.5 million. Our vision is to underwrite excellence in the Fayetteville Public Schools by providing students, kindergarten through twelfth grade, with nationally competitive educational experiences designed to help them reach their full potential. The Foundation distributed $128,416 in grants and $13,125 in scholarships for a total of $141,541 to be awarded to our students and teachers for the 2011-2012 school year.
