The Bowlin' Dawgs believe that any interested student may participate in the sport of bowling. Our efforts will extend into the junior high schools to promote and support good, clean, fun .
Overview and Philosophy:
Welcome to the Bowlin' Dawgs website. We are the Fayetteville High School Bowling Team in the AAAAA division of the Western Conference of Arkansas. We are governed by Arkansas Activity Association (AAA) and will comply with the Arkansas High School Bowling Conference (AHSBC) administration, with playing rules structured around Young American Bowling Alliance (YABA).
Established in 2004 with a simple plan to offer Bowling as a coed sport involving focus, rhythm, and consistent effort by any athlete at the secondary level. Our season is from October through February culminating in a state competition. Bowling is open to any interested athlete and will minimize conflicts with other FHS sports.
In this day and age we abide by the idea that kids are worth the effort to offer activities free from drugs and violence. We consider bowling to be a component of responsible living. All sanctioned events will be supervised and operated with a high degree of professionalism by the coach(s), athletes, and supporters.
