Daily Announcements

1. This year's first blood drive will be this Friday, December 5th. If you are 17 years old and weigh at least 110 pounds and would like to donate the sign-up sheet is located outside the counseling office. You can sign up until Thursday of this week. This year there will also be a new machine to take blood, to learn more about it read the info sheet posted next to the sign up.

2. The FHS Choirs will present their Winter Concert tonight, at 7:00 PM, in the FHS Auditorium. There is no admission charge. A bake sale will follow the concert, with proceeds helping to fund the choir's spring trip, a competition in Orlando, FL.

3. For those students who either have nothing to do or simply want to get out of the house,
The Lady Bulldog Classic begins tonight with the Lady Bulldogs playing at 7:00 pm. THERE WILL BE NO ADMISSION FOR FAYETTEVILLE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS THURSDAY, FRIDAY, OR SATURDAY! Please come out and support our team and have a great time.

4. Students please pick up your pictures from Mr. Teague if you had retakes.

5. Seniors check the lists posted by the counselor’s office to make sure your name is correct and how you want it on your diploma. If it is not please see Mrs. Domer in the main office

Club Meetings

· Attention all students: Mu Alpha Theta is sponsoring a Winter Stocking Drive today through December 12th. Items collected will go to students at Butterfield Elementary School. Please bring stocking stuffers, such as toys, books, mittens, crayons, etc. to your math classrooms. This is also a competition between math teachers. And prizes will be given!

· The Foreign Language Club will meet Wednesday, December 10 at lunch in room 1101. Please bring a dessert to share. The yearbook picture will be taken at 12:15 in the back gym. Don't be late- we're first!

· German Honor Society members: The yearbook picture is December 10th at 12:20. Meet in the back gym.

TEACHER ANNOUNCEMENTS

· Club sponsors: Don't forget to sign up for club group pictures. The sign up sheet

is located in the teacher workroom. The pictures will take place next week in the back gym at lunch.
