The only $1 machines are the multi denoms at the bar on the first floor. These machines have FP 9/6 JOB but are shorted to 7/5 BP. There are no $ progressives at the Copa. The Copa has no rooms of its own but, it does offer accomodations. They have arrangements with both a Holiday Inn about 4 miles down the road, and a Best Western across the street. I’ve stayed at both, which are dated, older properties. The Holiday Inn is a little nicer, BUT, you can walk to the Best Western in less than 10 minutes – it’s a VERY long driveway to the Copa. The Casino offers a shuttle to B.W. Don’t know about H.I. Hosts – Herb Dotson (works 4pm – midnite). Offers cashback AND comps. While true that they have no rooms, they do offer accomodations at two local hotels. The Copa has 3 bars: the “Main floor” bar, and two on the 2nd floor – the “Copa Showroom” bar, and the “Little Poker” bar in the live poker room on the second floor. The database shows 8-5 BP in the MG/MD at the main floor bar. It’s actually BPAF. In the same machines is 9-7 DBAF at about the same EV. The $.25 denominations offer prog RF. $.50 and $1 do not. $.25/50/1.00 BPAF (99.3%) at the Copa showroom bar – RF is flat-top. Half of the old MG bartops here have been replaced in the past year with new GameKings. The remaining originals have had their DB and DW downgraded. The “Little Poker Bar” offers fullpay DB and DW *** with a Progressive RF. *** Of the 9 bartops (old IGT multigames), only 4 have the fullpay games. Numbering from the left, these are numbers 2 of 4 on one side, and numbers 1, 2, and 4 of 5 on the other side. HINT – the good machines do NOT have jacks or Better on their menus. The two $1 100.6% JW are MIA. Removed. COPA: Spent most of my time here as I am a quarter player and it is hard to beat FPDW. The casino is OK to play in although I did "capture" 17 cockroaches at the poker bar over a 5 hour period. Nice. They only have 1 restaurant and a buffet, both are which are either bad or OK depending on your food preference (in my case bad). There is no hotel for the casino. Games here is the inventory that I found: (4) FPDW 25c PROG machines at the poker bar. The bar has 9 machines but only 4 have FPDW and yes they are progressive. I timed the progressive at 0.25% (pretty easy as I was the only one playing for much of the time). (4) 10/7 DB PROG machines at the same poker bar. (5) 9/6 JoB PROG machines at the poker bar. Also at another (5) at the other upstairs Copa bar and at least (8) more on the lower level bar (these machines were almost always busy). The Poker bar progressive was at $1,300 the copa bar (upstairs) was at $1,700 and the downstair bar was at reset. (1) KBJW $1 upstairs at end of bank. Also has 10/7 DB on same machine. I didn't see the second machine. (4) KBJW 50c slants which also have 10/7 DB upstairs. The 100-play machine has had all games downgraded. Nothing playable. Cash back is still 0.25%. Multi point days do not apply to video poker. I did not see any 10/7 DB free standing games at the 25c level (although there were a number of 10/7/5 Bonus games). Still a pretty good inventory. The Full Pay progressives @ the Copa Bar are MIA. There are still 25c FPDW and 10/7 DB bartops @ the little poker bar. Copa- there is only one bar upstairs called the copacabana and not two as is in the data base. The FP deuces are on the right side of the bar and are old machines. Only every other machine (4) are FP. Also there are no rooms at the copa so I don't know how someone got a room with 2-3 thousand play. COPA - Just want to confirm that there ARE FP Deuces progressives at the upstairs Show bar. I counted 5 machines (beware some machines have NSU). I didn't see any FP Deuces on the downstairs bar. Upstairs bar also has 16/11 Dbl Deuces as well as 9/6 JOB Progressive. Also add (1) 100 Play 1c, 2c, 5c machine with FP 2P Joker, 9/7 Triple Double Bonus & 8/5 Super Aces. Cashback on this machine is set at $5 a point making it only 0.25%. I saw the 50c Jokers but not the $1 Jokers BUT I wasn't really looking for them. The PROG machines are at the bars. Copa - Did not see the full-pay PROG machines here. There is a bank of 5 $1 8/5 progressives on the first floor and another bank of 8 9/6 JB. Upstairs there are some 9/6 JB at the bars. The BP are all shorted to 7/5. None of these machines are TITO. The only TITO were at the bar in the center of the 1st fl which were multi denoms with FP on the JB. I played these for a few hours, hit 2 SF and left up $400. |
