All assignments due the next class day, unless otherwise directed.
Remember to read the chapter we're working on, even if I don't tell you specifically to do so.
| No. | Day & Date | Assignment |
| 1 | Thurs 8/22 | Write a short note explaining how much confidence you had in your wingspan measurement, i.e. What's the smallest digit that you have confidence in? For example, if you gave a measurement down to 0.5 cm, are you sure of it? |
| 2 | Tues 9/3 | Write (briefly) about what area means, without resorting to a textbook definition. |
| 3 | Fri 9/6 | Finish the Sunrise/Sunset Activity |
| 4 | Thurs 9/12 | By next Wed. (9/18), send me an email from your school account with an attachment. |
| 5 | Tues 9/17 | Read sections 2.1-2.3 (if you read 3.1-3.3, that's okay, but read 2.1-2.3 eventually). Email a classmate with any questions you have about the reading, or your summary, if you understood it perfectly. Your classmate should respond, and then you guys forward it to mreif@fayar.net, to get the points. |
| 6 | Thurs 9/19 | Complete the first side of Unit 1, Worksheet 2 |
| 7 | Fri 9/20 | Read Sec's 3.1-3.3 and email a classmate w/your summary and/or your questions. If you already emailed about that reading, read the other assignment (2.1-2.3) and email somebody else. |
NOTE: If this isn't up to date, check the PHYSICS A Calendar page. It has homework, too.
